Okay. Apparently I’m the odd man out on this review as this wasn’t my favorite book in the series. Let me start with the positives. Warrick and Kenn were awesome MCs, both likable and relatable men. The writing was excellent with only a couple extremely minor editing errors noted. The progression of the over arching storyline really keeps the reader’s attention especially given how many of these books there are.Now, for the stuff that I didn’t like as much. These men all have serious issues with boundaries. Maybe it’s because they all seemed to have had sex with each other, I don’t know, but they all need to learn the concepts of TMI and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! They share extremely personal details about their partners with other people and ask completely inappropriate questions of others when it is something that is totally none of their business. Examples: Milan asking Seth if Coulson has fisted him yet; Seth warning Warrick away from Kenn; and Milan interrogating Warrick about his intentions toward Kenn. These are all rude and inappropriate in the extreme. Also, I don’t understand why Warrick needed to ask the president’s permission to have a Daddy/boy relationship with Kenn. Kenn was a legal adult able to make his own decisions. This aspect of their relationship is once again nobody else’s business but their own. Rant over.My favorite quote from the book was the following:“Character is what you do when no one else is watching."
